I first ran across this version of Cap in the pages of Marvel Super-Heroes I think. Steve Englehart must've seen it too because it was very soon thereafter that he and Sal Buscema brought us the fantastic four-part story about the 50's Cap, with all his bigoted and outdated 50's attitudes intact.
